Cabinet of Curiosities

In April this year, Sarah from the Tewkesbury Nature Reserve came to the TCL studio, bringing with her the Reserve’s “Cabinet of Curiosities”. This is a wooden cabinet, about a metre high and half a metre wide. Its shelves and drawers contain a wide range of fascinating items related to the wildlife found in and around the Reserve. Sarah talks to Margaret about some of these “curiosities” – ranging from owls’ feathers to birds’ nests to snake eggs to otter poo.
