On 12th December, four women will set off from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to row their boat, Ace of Blades, 3000 miles across the Atlantic to Antigua. Earlier this year, Kit, Liz, Laura (from Winchcombe) and Beth (from Cheltenham) brought their boat to the Cheltenham Science Festival, where they talked to Margaret about their training and preparation for what is billed as “The World’s Toughest Row”.
